At The Life of Gold, we want you to love what you wear. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Final sale items, limited edition drops, and custom pieces are non-returnable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want to swap for a different size or color, please return your item and place a new order.

How to Return

1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll provide a return address and simple instructions.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your item, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business day. 
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We’ll make it right.
